We used the Appalachian Restoration and Cleaning to replace flooring in some of our rooms at work. This company was amazing. Daniel is the most polite and informative person to get everything started for you. Always willing to update me along the way, while ordering the flooring to the install day. He even came back and looked at the work to make sure all was to my liking. Ryan (very polite on the phone) installed everything right on schedule and even completed it all in a day. (Even sending me completed pictures). I would suggest them to anyone.

We had a dishwasher flood at our house and Appalachian came right away. Rick, Dywane, Billy, and Cody were wonderful, kind, and very hardworking. They got the water up and started the dryers right away. They packed away our belongings. We did not have to do anything! They took great care of us during a really stressful time. They worked with our insurance company, advocated for us, and also worked with all the contractors to make sure that we got everything we needed for restoration of our kitchen and downstairs.
