Our Process
Assessment
Your dedicated sales consultant will schedule an on-site walkthrough at your convenience. During this visit, you’ll tour your facility together, identifying any areas of concern while the consultant conducts a comprehensive assessment of your building’s needs. From there, you’ll review a customized service proposal built around your priorities.
Service
On your first day of service, a member of our team will arrive alongside our cleaning technicians to make introductions and ensure a seamless start. Our technicians will then begin servicing your facility to the agreed scope.
Evaluation & Review
Following the initial cleaning, a team member will return to evaluate the results and confirm everything meets expectations. A few weeks later, your sales consultant will reconnect with you to review performance, ensure results are holding up, and fine-tune a maintenance plan that protects your floors, furnishings, and overall environment long-term.

The frequency of specialized cleaning is determined by the amount of foot traffic that your building has. Our sales consultant will go over different maintenance plan options based on your business’ individual needs.
How do you clean the carpet?
We have three options to clean your carpet, the first time will be with hot water extraction and then we will alternate between that and two low-moisture methods.
How long does it take to dry?
Between 6-8 hours after wet cleaning.

Having items picked up off the floor is extremely helpful. Our technicians will move chairs and light items, but not tables or desks.
