Our Process

Assessment

When you’ve had a fire, your world has just been shaken. We’ll come to your home & assess the damage, photographing & documenting your home. A HEPA Air Scrubber will often be placed to remove the smoke & soot particles from the air.

Removal

Our team will remove damaged items, documenting each item that is non-salavageable for you to later give a list to your insurance company.

Restoration

Salvageable items will be cleaned and stored until your home is safe to be lived in again. We will treat your home for any lingering odors, and restore it to its pre-loss condition.

These are the people you want to hire if you need help after a disaster. They CARE… they care about doing the job correctly and they care about what you’re going through, and it’s important to them to know that you’re happy with the job they’re doing. I had been feeling totally overwhelmed after a smoke/soot event at our house…the place was such a mess. Dwain and Ken were first on the scene to inspect the damage, and their knowledge and thoroughness really inspired confidence. They are good people, and I would recommend them to anyone!

I have always used ARC for all my restoration needs. I have had a water loss and smoke job at a former residence and they exceeded all expectations. Jumped in and helped when I needed in dealing with all the other parts of an insurance job that the other guys forget to do. Best in the business and very fair in how they price. Give them a call!
